Abdominal Pain??????

I was wondering if someone here knew if their may be a virus going around or something because the past few day my abdomen has hurt really bad and before I go to the hospital for it I thought I would see if anyone knew anything that may cause this? It's sharp pains and sometimes takes my breathe...Any info or help would be greatly appreciative.

Stomach virus, had to go to the hospital last week for it. Nurses at the ER said it was going around again.

if it is taking your breathe i would deffinately get it check out. It might be a virus or it could be an ulcer. My guess is it is one of those Gate City hotdogs that still has yet to be digested from last fall.

ulcer's are really bad...just hope it aint one of those...they suck, and they hurt...of course...of course any kind of abdominal pain would hurt..you should def. get that checked out...hope you feel better

I called ask a nurse about this and they seem to think it may be a pulled muscle and said if it didn't get any better in 48 hrs to come in to the hospital for x-rays.
